How We Got Started

Pinnacle Concierge Group was founded by Brian, Ashley, and Aaron after seeing a clear need from design build clients. After completing custom home projects, clients kept asking, “Can you help us manage the home now that it’s done?” They needed more than just contractors, they wanted a trusted team to handle maintenance, vendor coordination, and seasonal tasks with the same care and attention to detail used during the design and build process. With backgrounds in customer service, structural and interior design, and construction we launched Pinnacle Concierge Group; to support lifestyle-focused homeowners and clients who value their time, peace of mind, and a well-run home. Whether it’s weekly check-ins, vendor oversight, or special projects, we’re here to take the hassle out of homeownership, helping you turn your new space into your home.

My Story

A graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business (Class of 2011), Brian also earned his Class A PGA credentials being elected to membership in 2013 as a Golf Professional here in the South West Section PGA. Known for blending the precision and service excellence of the golf world with strategic operational leadership. His early career in the South West Section PGA from 2013 to 2016 shaped his approach to client care, discipline, and performance. Whether providing top-tier instruction or managing day-to-day operations at leading golf facilities, Brian developed a deep appreciation for personalized service and high standards.

 

Over the years after exiting the golf world and transitioning into business, Brian has overseen large-scale facility operations, led diverse teams, and launched customer-centered initiatives in both private and service-based sectors. Today, he brings his entrepreneurial mindset to ventures that prioritize premium client care and lifestyle services, always with the same dedication to excellence he learned on the course.
