Pinnacle Concierge offers home concierge services, which may include:

  • Property checks

  • Maintenance coordination

  • Vendor management

  • Seasonal preparations

  • Personal requests (based on availability and scope)
     

Specific service details, limitations, and customizations will be outlined in your individual service agreement or discussed directly.

 

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled visit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
     

 

 

4. Payments & Fees

  • Fees for services will be clearly outlined in advance.

  • Payments are due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and property information

  • Grant access to your property as needed for scheduled services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Concierge Group will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Loss or damage caused by third-party vendors or contractors
     

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and service descriptions—is the property of Pinnacle Concierge Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

 

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. You may cancel services at any time by providing notice, subject to any cancellation terms outlined in your agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in Maricopa County/Arizona.
