• Cleaning Services: Arrange and meet with house cleaners and coordinate specialty interior cleaning if needed (carpet and upholstery, stone, tile, granite, etc.)

• Indoor Plant Care: Water indoor plants as needed (watering schedule provided by homeowner for each plant)

• Appliance, Technology, and System Servicing: Coordination of new installations and basic checks for any repairs needed
