• Water System Management: Flush all toilets and run water in all sinks, showers, and bathtubs to ensure that the pipes are hydro locked and doesn't allow orders inside the home. Pressure Reducing Valve? (if not, we recommend installing one)

• Cleaning Services: Coordinating speciality interior cleaning if needed (carpet, stone, tile, granite ect…)

• Indoor Plant Care: Watering indoor plants as needed, watering schedule provided by homeowner for each plant
