• Licensed Vendor Coordination: Locksmith rekeying, A/C inspection, Plumbing inspection, Pool/spa, Landscaping, Pest control

• Home Customization Recommendations: Introductions to our partners Eldorado Design House and ABCD Construction. As an accredited interior designer and licensed, bonded and insured general contractor, there is no vision too large to make a reality in your home

• Housekeeping: Schedule cleaning services to keep the interior of the home fresh and dust free

• Organizational Services: Kitchen, Bathroom, Office, Garage, Gym, etc.

• Neighborhood Orientation: Guide to local activities/places

• Utility Service Setup/Support: Assist with setting up new services for your property: Internet, Water, Electricity, Trash/Recycling, Natural gas, Smart Home/Automation

• Stocking Beverages (include 21+): Owner to provide list of items requested

• Stocking Household Supplies (cleaning, first aid, back stock of food/water): Owner to provide list of items requested

• Specialized Coordination Services: Seasonal Holiday Decor- Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, Valentines, Easter, 4th of July, Birthdays, Graduation, etc.

• Optional Add-ons: Art hanging and installation- Pricing based on number of pieces and complexity of install

• Interior or Exterior lighting setup and installation- Pricing based on number of fixtures and complexity of install and setup

• Landscape design consultation: Included 3D sketch up plans/renderings with pricing quote for plant selection and irrigation set up

• Seasonal maintenance planning: Based on specific property and owner needs
